put buns in the oven with sliced american cheese on top and bottom. Bake/toast at 350 until cheese is melted.

Kids: put sloppy joe meat mix on bottom bun, put top bun on and enjoy.

I add hamburger dill slices to the bottom bun and then the sjmm. Before I put the top bun on, i sprinkle Tabasco Habanero sauce on the smjj. Used to use regular Tabasco, but it takes a lot more to get heat and you get a more vinegary sloppy joe.

The meat/cheese boundary is heaven and keeps the bread from getting soggy.
