Seriously, how do they do that without the pants falling off? Do they put on a belt half way down their thigh or something.

A cop friend of mine loves that they do this. He says that most times they are chasing somebody they catch them because of having to always pull their pants up, slowing down from the pants being in the way or the pants just flat out falling down and tripping them.
