Sloan,
What can I say? You are one of my favorite all time Longhorns due to your class, skills and production. Your career at UT was an absolute success, but I have a feeling that it will not touch the career you will have in the NFL. Good luck.

Came to UT fated to be the #3 receiver at best for his whole career, when by this time he would have #2 anywhere else, and #1 at 70-80 other D1A schools. Just shows Sloan's not about himself, he's all about the team, and all about winning.

I saw you play as a Klein Bronco - I was impressed then.
I saw you play as a Texas Longhorn - I was awed.

What can I say about one of my boys? I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you and your family. Tailgates and road trips just won't be the same without your dad, but, I suspect he'll still come around. My nephew will miss getting to run and show Uncle Sloan how fast he can run and will have two uncles to watch on Sundays next year! I wish you the best and never forget that you have family in Austin who will always be there for you. We will miss you!!!!!!!
