Good luck in the pros. I don't think I'll ever go to a game again and watch a single player on defense, no matter where the ball was at, like I did when you were playing. It was always so amazing just focusing on you and watching you maneuver all over the field and get into the backfield as quickly as you did. Great career!!!

Derrick, I am a sophmore at Waco High, and a huge UT fan. I have a football signed by you from the Waco Texas-Exes banquet my dad bought, and it hangs proudly on a shelf in my room. You might not remember me shaking your hand at that banquet, but I will always remember the night I shook the hand of a future NFL pro-bowler...thanks for all the great hits and memories. best of luck in the future
