Not sure how much to believe tex-ags, but the cult is talking about their prime D-line commit threatening to "sleep they coach" and losing his ag offer while transferring. Interesting if true.

Actually, I'm thinking Golden and Matt Davis can compare notes on how NOT to accept coaching. Interesting times over at Bagdad on the Brazos.
Love this comment from one of the cult:
"Hey, we need Defensive tackles.
AT this point unless they break into somebody's house with assault rifles we will probably sign them."

They've already had 1 decommit (can't remember his name) and the quarterback who has been committed for 2 years is looking at Fla.

golden is transferring to carthage. i think he'll stick.
lacoutre is an interesting case. kid is from maine and he and his family moved to permian because he wanted to play division 1 football. then he met mike sherman, fell in love with A&M, and the family decided to move to college station. now that sherman's gone, who konws what's going to happen.
as for kohl stewart, he got an offer from fla, and ND among others. i think he'll stick, and i think we'll add kenny hill to the mix too.
just gotta wait and see.

Stewart might opt to play pro baseball. I am not at all impressed with Matt Davis, his high school numbers or his idiotic mouth (reminds me of Perrilloux with that mouth) so I don't see all of the depth that some Aggie's talk about as a deterrent for either Stewart or Hill.

matt davis is an enigma to me. i see him more as an athlete than a true QB, but i might be wrong about that.
you're right about stewart and baseball, which is why (i'm assuming) we're going after hill as well.

I'm with Insider on this one Prop...not sure you can depend on Stewart ever suiting up, especially if MLB money whips him. As for Matt Davis, he needs to shut up instead of playing gangsta. I thought Manziel would have the inside track to start with aggy, and I agree that it would be smart for those guys to kick the tires with Kenny Hill.
A quick question for Prop...given his anger management issues, which apparently go back a lot further than this last dust up, are the ags really thinking about pulling Golden's scholarship offer?

i have no insight into the mind of our current coaching staff, but i think he'd have to do a lot to get his scholly pulled. i dont think anger issues, unless they lead to him running afoul of the law, would lead to that.
