Thanks for terrorizing field goal kickers all around the Big XII and the country. I'm sure they all had nightmares about you on the nights before games. You blocked a ton of kicks, but who knows how many others you altered by your presence. Thanks also for some great work at LB. Best of luck in the future.

Thanks for devoting these years of your life to Texas football. It's been a pleasure to watch you swat down field goals and chase quarterbacks.
I still think Kobe is more valuable than Tim Duncan, though. You'll never convince me otherwise.

Skyrone -- I don't care how high Roy ever jumped, there's no way he can outleap you! Frankly, I'm shocked when field goals get by you with you so high in the air. You did it again just last weekend!
I am thanking all 4 of you Texas City boys because when you, Ervis, Everick and Jermain came here you caused our defense to improve immediately. You guys made it possible to improve immediately rather than slowly over 2 or 3 years.
We're gonna miss you. You are playing your best football this season IMO. The Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans could use you, and I hope to see you playing for one of them next year.

As a UT alum, and an ex-student trainer for the football team, I can say that I am PROUD to have had you and your classmates as part of our legacy. You gentlemen have been class acts on the field, but even more importantly...off the field as well.
I have experienced that after graduation...the winds that blow carry everyone in so many different directions, BUT, every fall you will again find yourself amongst family, living and dying with every snap, tackle, kick and whistle... be it from the 24th row in DKR or from a Satellite dish in another state. You'll love coming back and seeing everyone again....and hoping the new kids are as classy and hard working as you guys were....and so the baton passes again.

Thanks so much for all that you have done to resurrect Texas football. Without looking, I'm sure we'd have to go back 20+ years to find a class that leaves with a better overall record.

Ty - when you have kids and they grow up will you please make sure that they understand the importance of the Longhorn Legacy? Can we please go ahead and get some early verbal commits on your future sons?
